Included in the price:

• gas, water and tourist tax
• use of clean towels and bedding
• use of washing machine
• use of wireless internet (you have to bring your own laptop) – vouchers are available at the helpdesk (about 7 Euros for 10 hours or 50 Euros for 100 hours)
• maintenance of pool, garden and house
• permanent staff of Villa Lovina-beach (housekeeper, cook, gardener and security)

• electricity bill (at normal use cost for electricity is about 4 Euro  for the house and garden and 0,5 Euro for personal use per person per day, the cost for electricity will be deducted from your deposit)
• expenses of driver and masseuses

Payment:

30% of the total rent must be paid within 2 weeks of booking. After we receive your payment your booking is definite.
